Once content is approved and published, any requests for changes will be treated as new content or revisions and may incur additional costs. • No Refund Policy: Social media management services are delivered through fixed-term packages of 6, 12, or 15 months, depending on the service agreement. Due to the custom nature and planning required for content development, all payments are non-refundable, regardless of usage, early cancellation, or client dissatisfaction after services begin.
